I hereby agree that my obligations as guarantor will continue and not be affected by amendments, changes,
renewals or extensions to the Lease Contract. It shall not be necessary for Landlord, in order to proceed
against me on this Guarantee, to first institute or to pursue or exhaust its remedies against Resident. It is not
necessary for me, as guarantor, to sign the Lease Contract itself or be named in the Lease Contract. It is not
necessary for this Guarantee to be referred to in the Lease Contract.

This Guarantee is to be performed in ROUTT COUNTY where the dwelling is located and any suit hereon
or for any breach hereof may be brought and prosecuted in the courts of proper jurisdiction of said county.

I hereby represent that all information contained in this Letter of Guarantee is true and complete, and hereby
authorize the verification of this information via credit reports, rental history reports and other means. I
acknowledge that verification of my income may be required.

Amount of Funds giving Resident each Month: $____________________This amount is the 120% medium
income, in Routt County. That needs to be shown, this would include such items as, rent, electricity, phone
bill, car payments, insurance, loans, holiday gifts, laundry, clothing, ect. ( as needed per month )
